My darlings--and Cam and Ashley's Wedding

I am so lucky to call these handsome guys mine!!!

We celebrated all weekend as Cameron and Ashley were married.  It was a wonderful two days!  The sealing ceremony was touching, the reception was beautiful, and I don't think I've seen three more beautiful children in my whole life!  Poor Lucy was battling allergies or a fierce cold all evening.  Her poor eyes were puffy and watering and her nose wouldn't stop running.  She was so relieved when she got to leave the reception for Nana and Papa's house.

We are shocked and very excited.  Having never had a sister, I would have been fine if Lucy was my only little princess and we had to stick together.  But, I am happy that she will get to live life with the relationship of a sister.  I think sisters share a special bond and play a special role in each other's life.

I must admit, however, that I am a little nervous about the potential for drama later in life.  I refuse to think about the teen years and dating, so don't remind me.  I was never an overly emotional and dramatic adolescent, so maybe I'll be lucky by having reasonable and logical daughters.  

But if not, I'll still love them.  BOTH of them!

I honestly have no feeling either way, and I would be equally happy with either!  My kids, however, want a girl.  They're a little obsessed with things being equal.  I wonder where they get that?
